RenCloud strives to maintain a secure, ultra-reliable environment for all hosted game servers and applications. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these foundational rules:
1. Acceptable Resource Usage
- Game servers and bots must run within their allocated RAM, CPU, and disk quotas without deploying fork bombs or memory exploits.
- Crypto mining, unauthorized network port scanning, stress testing, or malicious traffic generation is strictly prohibited.
- Automated DDoS or amplification scripts are immediately blocked and result in zero-tolerance service suspension.
2. Security & Account Integrity
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their client portal and Pterodactyl console passwords and SFTP keys.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities in control panels or backend nodes will result in permanent account termination.
