✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 24 hours of service delivery.
To qualify, the service must not have been abused, misused, or violate our Terms of Service.
❌ Refund Window Expired
After 24 hours from service delivery, refunds will not be issued.
Customers are encouraged to test and verify their service immediately after delivery.
🔄 Replacements & Support
After the refund period expires, RenCloud may offer:
- Service replacement
- Configuration assistance
- Technical support
- Troubleshooting help
at staff discretion.
🎫 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or replacement:
- Open a support ticket.
- Select Refund Request or Replacement Request.
- Provide your Order ID.
- Explain the issue.
Our staff will review your request as quickly as possible.
