Fair & Transparent Terms

1. 24-Hour Refund Window

First-time purchases of standard Minecraft and Game Server plans are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering if you are unsatisfied with performance.

2. Non-Refundable Items

VPS nodes, dedicated IPv4 addresses, and domain registrations are non-refundable once allocated due to fixed upstream licensing costs.
Accounts terminated due to DDoS attacks, malicious scripts, or rule violations forfeit all refund eligibility.
